Chocolate Cold Cake
Ingredients:
Marie Biscuits 1 Family Pack in paper box (lightly crush each biscuit into 4 to 5 pcs)
Fresh cream 250 g
Cocoa powder 3 Tbsp
Smooth Chocolate 1 Bar (Galaxy / Cadbury) cut into small pieces
Egg 1
Sugar 4 Tbsp (you can have more as per your taste)
Walnuts 3 Tbsp (Lightly crushed)
Method:
Beat in Fresh cream, sugar, coca powder and egg with electric mixer until it is smooth, then cook it on medium flame with continuous stirring until it turns dark brown sauce, add chocolate bar and Marie biscuits and cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, add the walnuts and cool it for 10 mins and then fill it in the biscuit paper box. Freeze it for minimum 3 hours or 5 hours for best result.
Tear up the box to take out the cake and cut into square slices half 1 inch thick, can be served with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce in individual serving.
