Ingredienrs:
1 cup plain flour
1 cup semolina
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugger
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cup liquid milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 cup chopped pistachio
Preparaion
1. Combine dry ingredients togather. add oil, mix well until smooth batter.
2. Grease ovan-proof dish. Pour in the batter and spread evenly.
3. Decorate with pistachio and bake in moderate oven until golden brown.
