Round Buns


Ingredients:

3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup milk pouder
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
sesame

Preparation

1. Sift dry ingerdients. add water, oil, and kneed until smooth dough.
2. Cover, stand in warm place until double size.
3. Divide dough into small balls ( 3 cm diameter).
4. Arrange in greasy pan, brush with yolk, spread sesame and bake in hot oven until golden brown.
