Cheese Pastry

Ingredients:


Dough;
4 cup plain flour
5 tablespoon powder milk
1 1/2 tablespoonyeast
1 tesaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
1 egg yolk

Filling:

3/4 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoon chooped celery

Preparation:

1. Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, and water, kneed until smooth dough, cover and put the hot place until double size.
2. Prepare the filling by combining cheese with mint.
3. Divide dOugh into small balls, roll each piece into flat circle fill with cheese, fold as cylinder.
4. Brush with yolk, and bake in moderate oven until golden.
