
2,1/2 cup plain flour
2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup liquid milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoon extra liquid milk
Preparation:
-Grease 20 cm cake pan.
-Cream oil and sagur in a smalll bowl with electric mixer for 3 minuts. Beat in a eggs one a time, beat until combined.
-Transfer mixture to a large bowl,stir in half the combined siftrd flours with a baking powder and half milk, then stir remaining flour amd milk, blend cocoa with extra milk, stir until smooth with 4 tablespoons of thr cake mixture .
Pour the mixture into prepared pan-fold chocolate mixture lightly through cake mixture by using fork to give a ripple effect.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes, stand 10 minutes before turning on wire rack to cool.
