Thyme Swiss Roll




Ingredients:
2 cup white flour
2 tablespoon yaghurt
3 teaspoon yest
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup thyme
egg yolk for covering
Preparation:
1. Sift dry ingredients,except thyme and yaghurt, oil and water Mix well, kneed until smooth, cover, stand in warm place until dough is dubled.
2. Divide dough into 8 balls, Roll each dough to rectangle, Sprinkle thyme evenly, Fold 1 end of the dough until you get cylander, Cut dough evenly round piece.
3. Place in greasy oven pan, Brush the top with yolk and bake in moderate oven until golden brown.
