
1/2 pack macaroni
2 cup tomato meat sauce
2 cup tomato juice
4 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespon ghee
salt, black pepper
Preparation:
1. boil macaroni in water with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil for 5 minute, drain, keep in cold water.
2. Fry onion, garlic, and oregano in ghee, combine tomato juice and paste, season with salt, and black pepper. Bring to boil for 10 minutes.
3. stuff drained macaroni with meat sauce. Arrange over oven proof dish, pour tomato sauce, bake in oven for 20 minute.
Meat Sauce:
2 cup minced meat
1/2 cup shopped onion
1 teaspoon crushed garlic,
3 teaspoon oil
2 tablespoon katchup
5 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cup water
2 table spoon oregano
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
salt. blackpepper, mixed spice.
Preparation:
-Boil vermicell in water with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil for 8 minutes-drain.
-Wash meat-drain put in pan and mix on low heat until all excess water out-drain.
-Add one glass water, and cook on moderate heat until all water is absorbed.
-Heat oil in the frying pan, add onion and gralic, cook until onion is tender, add meat, salt, blackpepper , mixed spice, tomato paste, ketchup, oregano, and the remaining of water, buring to boil on low heat for 30 minutes.
