
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cooked Breast
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp white flour (5kg)
1 vegetable cube
2 cup hot water
2 tbsp cream or yoghurt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation:
- Fry garlic in butter, add vegetable cube, and chicken, mix well.
- Add flour to the chicken, mix well, add water, season with salt white pepper, cook over low heat until thick.
- Finally, add cream, mix, and cook for 3 minutes before serving.
