
1 tuna can 200gr
1 cup chopped nion
1 teaspoon chpped coriander
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon carrry powder
2 tabkespoon ghee
salt, black pepper. mixed spice
Perparation:
1. Boil macaroni with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil for 8 minutes, drain.
2. Fry onion and garlic in ghee, add coriander, tuna and mix on low heat for 7 minutes, Season with salt, black pepper, carry powder, and mixed spice.
3. Add macaroni to tuna mixture and cook on low heat for 15 minute.
